By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Additionally, users must reside in the United States or United Kingdom and be legally eligible to receive payment for services.

4. Platform Use

• Users may apply to participate in campaigns and, if accepted, create and distribute content in accordance with campaign guidelines.
• All content created must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, social media platform content requirements and community standards.

5. Payments and Compensation

• Compensation terms for campaigns will be outlined in individual agreements between brands and users.
• Payments will be processed through Venmo for Buisness in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings received through the platform.

6. Content Ownership and License

• Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant brands and the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Brands may not use user-generated content beyond the agreed-upon terms without explicit permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct Users and brands may not:

• Misrepresent themselves or their affiliations.
• Post or promote misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake engagement.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in any activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability We provide our Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
10. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
